These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of jazmyneasaju.com (the “Site”), operated by 3P Therapy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

Educational Content Only: Not Therapy

Everything on this Site, including videos, masterclasses, workbooks, the Clarity Quiz, emails, and other resources, is for general educational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for working with a licensed professional who knows your situation.

Using the Site, taking a quiz, downloading a resource, emailing us, or booking a call does not create a therapist-client relationship with Jazmyne Asaju, LCSW, or 3P Therapy. Decisions about your relationship and your life are yours alone.

The Clarity Quiz

The Clarity Quiz is a self-reflection tool. It is not a psychological assessment, has not been clinically validated, and does not diagnose, treat, or predict any condition or relationship outcome. Your results and report are meant to support reflection, not to tell you what to do.

Free Resources

Free workbooks, guides, and other downloads are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and use them for yourself. You may not sell, redistribute, republish, or use them to teach or train others without our written permission.

Speaking, Workshops, and Calls

Calls booked through the Site are for speaking, workshop, media, or business inquiries. Any speaking engagement, workshop, or other paid service is governed by a separate written agreement, not these Terms.

Emails

If you sign up for our emails, you agree to receive educational content and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, videos, graphics, workbooks, quizzes, frameworks (including the Repair-Ready Method), and branding, is owned by 3P Therapy or Jazmyne Asaju and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to our content, but you may not copy, reproduce, or adapt it without written permission.

Feedback

If you send us comments, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them to improve our content and offerings without any obligation to you. We will never publicly share your personal story or identify you without your permission.

Links to Other Sites

The Site may link to other websites and platforms, such as YouTube, podcast platforms, Typeform, or Calendly. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don’t guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any content will produce a particular result for you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3P Therapy and Jazmyne Asaju are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us through the Site, or $100 if you haven’t paid anything.
